• bioinformatics: R and Microsoft Excel (among others: processing gene chip data, database building and maintaining)
• statistics: R Shiny and Microsoft Excel (survival analysis, embeddedness of research in patents, scientometrics)
• administration: the Hungarian member society (ELIXIR Hungary) of ELIXIR Europe, the european bioinformatics research infrastructure (minutes taking of board meetings, application and collaboration agreements compilation, supervising)
• event planning: departmental conference, Mátraházai Akadémiai Tudós Üdülő, 2017. Active participation in other conference plannings of the research group.

Inspection, documentation and statistical analysis of the returning times of empty bottles and kegs, reporting in English for supply chain management department. Used tools:

• ispection: camera (data recording on field)
• documentation: Microsoft Excel (digitization, data input, database retrieval, determining time points of distribution logistics events, calculating days spent on market)
• statistical analysis: Minitab (histogram, descriptive statistics, normality test)
